Server and access data

When a website is accessed, technically required connection data is processed, particularly IP address, time, requested resource and browser/device information. This is used to deliver the website, maintain stability and protect IT security. Any server-log storage and retention also depends on the hosting provider configuration.

Purposes and legal bases

Where applicable, technically required connection and security data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in providing a secure, stable and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If data is voluntarily sent to Termonto by email, it is processed only to handle the relevant request and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps.

The Termonto application does not create visitor profiles and does not make automated decisions about visitors that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and local storage

The public area does not set analytics, marketing or advertising cookies and does not use browser local storage for tracking. Language selection is carried through the “lang” URL parameter.

Only the protected admin area uses a technically required session cookie after successful login.

External links

The website links to external services, particularly the public investor profile, configured social-media profiles and, where applicable, a referral offer. The external destination is contacted only after the link is clicked; the destination provider’s privacy terms then apply.

Recipients and retention

Connection data may be processed by the hosting provider for technical operation. The Termonto application itself does not maintain a public visitor or tracking database. Retention of technical server logs depends on the security and hosting configuration and is limited to the period required for operation and abuse prevention.

Provision of data

The technical connection data generated when loading a page is required to deliver the website. Registration, a public user account or the submission of personal profile data is not required to use the public Termonto pages.
